Boamah Ayodeji Samuel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pryhmshift Events, a full-service event planning and management company delivering corporate, social and destination events across Nigeria.

With more than a decade of experience in event planning, coordination, logistics and guest experience management, Ayodeji has built his career around structured planning, meticulous execution and the delivery of memorable, high-quality event experiences. His expertise spans event strategy, production planning, vendor and logistics coordination, venue management, floor-plan development, stakeholder engagement, guest management and end-to-end event execution.

Before establishing Pryhmshift Events, Ayodeji spent approximately 10 years with Guaranty Trust Bank, where he developed strong competencies in administration, operational discipline, customer experience, resource coordination, and service delivery. He subsequently brought this corporate discipline into the events industry, combining structure, accountability, and precision with creativity and experiential event management.

Ayodeji further strengthened his professional capacity through a Mini-MBA in Event Management from Lagos Business School (LBS), equipping him with additional strategic and managerial expertise in event planning, business operations, and professional event delivery.

Over the course of his career, he has managed events for and around some of Nigeria and Africa’s most prominent public and business figures, including Aliko Dangote, Nasir El-Rufai, and Akinwumi Adesina of the African Development Bank (AfDB), as well as other captains of industry, senior executives and notable personalities. These assignments have required a high degree of discretion, protocol awareness, stakeholder coordination, service excellence, and operational precision.

Under his leadership, Pryhmshift Events has developed integrated capabilities across Event Management, Logistics Management and Media Management, with experience spanning corporate meetings, conferences, symposiums, executive summits, vendor choreography, event communications, and full-event logistics. The company’s client portfolio has also included organizations such as Flutterwave, alongside institutional and private clients.

As CEO, Ayodeji provides strategic and operational leadership across Pryhmshift’s projects, coordinating clients, internal teams and specialist vendors to ensure that event objectives, budgets, timelines, production requirements and guest experiences are aligned and professionally delivered. His leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that successful events go beyond flawless execution on the day; they should create experiences that remain positively memorable long after the event has concluded.
